Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per year is already included in the tuition fee.
Tuition refunds must be requested in writing and can only be granted according to the following schedule:
- Within first two sessions: tuition payment less $500 non-refundable deposit.
- Within third to fifth session: 50% of tuition for the year after $500 deduction.
- After fifth session: no refund given for the year after $500 deduction.
There will be a $50 processing fee for any refunds.
In special circumstances, already paid tuition that is not eligible for a refund may be applied towards future courses. Please speak to the registrar regarding arrangements.
Late Payment Fee
A fee of $150 may be imposed if full payment is not received on the FIRST day of school. If paying in installments, payment will be due on the first day of the Fall semester followed by the first day of the Spring semester.
