Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per year is already included in the tuition fee.
Tuition refunds must be requested in writing and can only be granted according to the following schedule:
- Within first two sessions: tuition payment less $200 non-refundable deposit.
- Within third to fifth session: 50% of tuition for the year after $200 deduction.
- After fifth session: no refund given for the year after $200 deduction.
There will be a $50 processing fee for any refunds.
In special circumstances, already paid tuition that is not eligible for a refund may be applied towards future courses. Please speak to the registrar regarding arrangements.
Late Registration Fee
A fee of $50 may be imposed for returning students not registered by the Saturday (one week) BEFORE the start of the school year.
Late Payment Fee
A fee of $50 may be imposed if full payment is not received on the FIRST day of school. If paying in installments, payment will be due on the first day of the Fall semester followed by the first day of the Spring semester.
